Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient Remote Support Specialist to provide hands-on support and training to our clients, assisting with Accounting/Bookeeping tasks, training voluntary staff, and using remote tools to supervise and assist clients.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Proven experience in Accounting/Bookeeping, ideally in remote settings
- Strong proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Skype, TeamViewer, Teams, Zoom)
- Exceptional patience and ability to explain concepts to individuals without formal training
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
