Job Coach-Inclusive Employment Australia

We are looking for a Job Coach to support individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment. As a Job Coach, you will provide tailored support and assistance to customers and their employers, and continue to be there for them once they are in employment. The role requires strong customer service experience, high level of interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check. Training and support will be provided.
