RN / LPN (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse)

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct patient care in clients' homes. RNs/LPNs will instruct patients and their families in proper treatment and collaborate with physicians to develop and manage nursing care plans.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required with home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements for a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
• Reliable transportation
