Job Description
Operational manager to lead daily operations and help become European market leader in recruitment marketing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar or comparable role (e.g. team lead)
- Experience with and knowledge of recruitment marketing
- Procesmatig denken
- Leidinggevende ervaring in het aansturen van verschillende teams
- Schakelen tussen strategie en operatie
- Sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen collega’s op de werkvloer en het managementteam
