Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or Computer Science, and 1-2 years of experience in Machine Learning, Accounting, or a related field. The role involves investigating and resolving reconciling items, automating processes, and monitoring and controlling collections trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, IT, or Computer Science
- 1-2 years' experience in Machine Learning, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in SQL, Python, Java, and R
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
