• Work collaboratively with the business to identify savings opportunities during annual budget drafting
• Proactively plan the sourcing events for the year
• Guide category managers on tender strategy preparation
• Review the tender strategy/outcome with stakeholders
• Ensure the procurement cycle time is optimum
• Proactively plan resources for his/her unit
• Guide and coach team members
