Product Manager (VSAT)

We are looking for a Product Manager to innovate and grow with us in a culture that values commitment, performance and possibilities. The role is responsible for the product development and management of VSAT and satellite based services.

Requirements

• Manage the entire product life cycle for VSAT services and the customer journey
• Develop new products and features based on market requirements and new technologies
• Provide product support and enablement to Sales and Partners
• Define new product strategies and roadmaps to maintain competitiveness in the market
• Keep track of user feedback, customer satisfaction, dashboards and metrics to measure performance against targets and customer experience
