Job Description
The Registered Nurse- NICU-NMC PORTSMOUTH position requires a Registered Nurse with experience in level III NICU and relevant certifications. The job involves providing highly specialized nursing care to critically ill and convalescing neonates and requires a strong knowledge of nursing process and technological data.
Requirements
- Degree/Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Experience: Possess a minimum of one (1) year of level III NICU experience within the past three (3) years
- Certifications: Possess and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Nurse certification from the National Certification Corporation (NCC), Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, and Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Labs, and Emotional Support (S.T.A.B.L.E.) certification
