Job Description

The company is hiring a Senior Technical Onboarding Manager to partner with healthcare organizations nationwide, guiding them through implementation, driving early value realization, and setting the foundation for long-term success.
Requirements
- Develop and execute customized onboarding launch plans for new and expansion clients
- Lead client-facing discussions with RCM executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
- Configure and implement solutions within the maxRTE platform
- Conduct workflow testing, validation, and optimization
- Analyze performance data and proactively recommend improvements based on best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in both product and industry
- Represent the voice of the client internally to inform product and operational improvements
