maxRTE is hiring a Senior Technical Onboarding Manager to partner with healthcare organizations nationwide, guiding them through implementation, driving early value realization, and setting the foundation for long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
- Experience navigating complex healthcare software integrations (e.g., Epic or other EHR systems)
- Ability to configure complex client setups (e.g., APIs and SFTPs) without the support of a technical consultant
- Strong ability to quickly understand provider workflows and the broader insurance ecosystem
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Comfortable managing technical implementations and client-facing documentation
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring a high level of ownership and initiative
