Job Description
The Construction Foreman is responsible for the direction, safety, and management of the assigned crew for the project. This role involves tasks like roof demolition, repair and installation, coordination of tasks for crew members, and ensuring quality of work and adherence to safety standards. The foreman also acts as a safety director, quality control specialist, and coach for the crew.
