Cryogenics Scientist

Maybell Quantum is growing quickly and is seeking an experienced Cryogenic Scientist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in cryogenics, a focus on dilution refrigerators, and demonstrated ability to transfer commercial or academic research to fast-paced innovation, prototyping, and deployment.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years designing, building, or significantly modifying dilution refrigerators
• Self-starter with ability to drive results independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

• Base Salary $100,000/yr - $150,000/yr
• Additional compensation in equity and bonus
