Job Description
Maybern is looking for a Head of Professional Services to build, scale, and lead our Implementation function. We are seeking a leader who can design standardized workflows, build repeatable playbooks, and establish operational rigor to deliver consistently excellent outcomes to sophisticated clients.
Requirements
- Led a Professional Services or Implementation organization before in highly complex domains
- Managed a portfolio of 20-30 implementations without relying on large-team delegation models
- Experience from consulting or systems integration (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)
- Built onboarding programs, enablement materials, and training frameworks for technical implementation teams
