Registered Nurse - Resource Pool - RN

Registered Nurses with less than 12 months of practice experience are automatically enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program. New nurses to Mayo Clinic receive an extensive orientation program. The RN is accountable for coordination of nursing care, direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.

Requirements

• newly graduated Registered Nurses with less than 12 months of practice experience
• nurses new to Mayo Clinic, regardless of experience
• RN with leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in mentoring and teaching
