This is a full-time, postdoctoral research fellowship position in Translational Bioengineering led by Dr. Oklu at the Mayo Clinic. The fellowship focuses on developing and testing novel devices in preclinical models, with opportunities for interdisciplinary research and clinical application in large animal models. The role involves developing research ideas, submitting abstracts to scientific meetings, and writing manuscripts. Training in grant writing and FDA regulatory work is a key component of the program.
