Ultrasound Sonographer

Produces high quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology.

• Proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients
• Effective communication to foster teamwork
• High level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths
