Urology Technician - Female

The urology technician is responsible for providing urinary catheterizations, ultrasonic bladder scanning, and reinforcement of home-going education related to self-catheterization or urinary drainage tube irrigations. The technician responds to calls in the inpatient and ambulatory setting at Mayo Clinic.

• didactic and supervised practice
• knowledge and skills in urinary catheterizations, ultrasonic bladder scanning, and urinary drainage tube irrigations
• ability to respond to calls in inpatient and ambulatory setting
