Maze is looking for a Head of Marketing to help architect a new version of their go-to-market engine. The successful candidate will lead and grow a marketing team, build demand systems, and define a shared growth strategy across product, sales, and marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- A strong track record of building and scaling marketing teams, with expertise across brand, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and how to partner effectively with sales and product.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while being willing to get hands-on when needed.
