Case Management Services Manager

Mazzoni Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive healthcare and wellness services, with a focus on the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS. The Case Management Services Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Medical Case Management program, including supervising case managers, quality improvement initiatives, and client services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a social service field
• At least 2 years of experience in social work, medical case management, or a related field
• Supervisory skills and experience managing staff or leading teams
