Therapist

Join Mazzoni Center as a Full-Time Therapist to provide affirming mental health and substance use services to LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD required)
• 2–3 years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy
• Demonstrated cultural humility and competence working with diverse racial, socioeconomic, sexual orientation, and gender identity groups
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
