Associate Attorney

A Colorado-based law firm is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Associate Attorney to join its team, focusing on collecting unpaid assessments from homeowners through judgment enforcement and judicial foreclosure.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal collections, debt recovery, or related litigation
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
