Job Description
A growing California-based workers' compensation defense firm is seeking a Worker's compensation defense attorney to join their team. This position can be remote or based in one of several California office locations.
Requirements
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend hearings/depositions
- Negotiate settlements and manage caseload efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships
