Job Description
MBG is seeking a Export/International Controller to shape the company's Internationalization strategy, driving sales performance, and strengthening partnerships. The role involves creating transparent reports, developing budgets, and facilitating effective collaboration with various teams. This position requires a hands-on individual with strong business acumen and expertise in financial analysis.
Requirements
- Build and develop an export controls (sales, coverage, cash-in, DSO, WKZ, promotional ROI).
- Plan/Forecast/Rolling Forecast for Regions, Countries, Key Accounts; Deviation analysis with clear measures.
- Pricing & Condition Simulation
- BI/Dashboards (e.g. Power BI) including data model, KPI definition and self-service standards.
- Train distributors & sales.
- Ad-hoc analyses for management decisions.
- Executive summary in clear language.
