Job Description
NOBILIS GROUP GmbH is seeking a Controller to join their team in Wiesbaden, DACH region. The Controller will be responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, cost calculation, and financial reporting. They will also optimize the company's control functions and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control systems. The role involves analyzing investments, leading optimization efforts, and supporting strategic projects.
Requirements
- Successfully completed business-related degree with a focus on controlling or comparable qualifications.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in the area of controlling, preferably in the consumer goods industry or trade.
- Sound knowledge in reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel) and BI tools (PowerBI, TM1).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
