We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator (m/w/d) to strengthen our marketing team.
As part of our marketing team, you will create original social media content for our innovative brands in the FMCG industry, convincing our target audience.
Your responsibilities:
- Together with our marketing team, you will define trends and target groups and develop creative content ideas for different social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
- You will ensure smooth implementation of content plans, create texts, audio and video content (How Tos, Use Cases, Product features) and provide our target audience with engaging stories and valuable tips.
- You will keep important KPIs in mind and provide self-employed recommendations for optimizing the channels.
- You will identify important influencers for different channels and develop and implement exciting content collaborations.
- You will analyze new content formats and channels and develop suitable concepts, which you will implement independently.
What we are looking for:
- You have a degree in economics/marketing or a comparable training or need a change after high school.
- Content creation is your thing. Your sense of good stories and your interest in inspiring an audience are your strengths.
- You are able to translate complex topics into short, punchy messages.
- You have a self-assured and extroverted appearance – appearances in front of the camera and moderation are no problem for you.
- You have knowledge and experience in image, sound and video editing and ideally also experience with social media management systems.
- You know the common social media channels and are well aware of channel-specific requirements for planning, creating and publishing content.
- You have very good English skills and speak German at a native level.
