Community High Fidelity Wraparound School - Based Care Coordinator

MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking a Wrap Care Coordinator to support youth and families with care that is personal, empowering, and rooted in community. The Coordinator will be assigned to a specific school and support youth both on campus and in the surrounding community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related profession
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Five years of experience in case management
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
