Residential Support Worker

Be the Difference. Support Others in Daily Living. We are hiring Residential Support Workers to help adults with mental health needs live safely and independently in a group home setting.

Requirements

• Maintain a clean, healthy living environment
• Provide oversight, prompting or hand on care as appropriate with personal tasks
• Provide training and assistance in the monitoring of health, nutrition and physical condition
• Report observations to management and/or clinical staff
• Coordinate transportation for community events
• Monitor and document consumers behavior
• Monitor the consumers health and safety daily
