High school diploma, nurses aid certification, current first aid certification, background clearances, and ability to read and speak English
Caregiver - PT (Memory Care)
High school diploma or equivalent, Nurses Aid certification preferred, and current first aid certification required
Health Services Coordinator (LPN)
2+ years of prior related work experience, LPN License, and ability to make sound decisions
Maintenance Director
High school diploma, 5+ years of experience, strong understanding of safety and environmental codes, valid driver's license
Caregiver - FT (Memory Care)
High school diploma, caregiver certification, and prior caregiving experience preferred
QMAP - FT
High school diploma, 18 or over, experience handling medications preferred
PT AM Caregiver - Memory Care
High school diploma, caregiving experience, and ability to follow directions
Caregiver-AL
High school diploma or equivalent, Nurses Aid certification preferred, Current first aid certification
Server
Serve meals, interact with residents, maintain dining areas
Driver / Activities Assistant
High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, good communication skills, and ability to perform basic clerical work
