Job Description
MBRYONICS is seeking a Buyer/Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for materials planning, new product introduction, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, buying/planning, strategic sourcing/procurement or category management
- Technical or engineering background or ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
- Proven experience in materials management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proficiency in MRP and inventory management software systems
