Role Overview

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will lead on HR market projects, accompany clients in design and testing phases, and ensure solution deployment. You will work on various HR topics and in an international context, benefiting from mc2i's expertise in project management and training catalog.

What You Will Do

You will intervene on missions such as verifying solution conformity, ensuring deployment, and accompanying clients at the project management level. You will also decline an efficient change management strategy through targeted communication and adapted training plans.

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school or university)
• Skills or functional and/or technical skills in the field of Human Resources
• Rigor, autonomy, and teamwork
• Fluency in English (a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
