Marketing Specialist I

McAdams is a full-service land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, and geomatics firm seeking a Marketing Specialist I to support business development efforts by crafting persuasive proposals and other deliverables. The successful candidate will have a thoughtful and proactive approach, strong time management, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and client relationship skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 0-2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry
• Strong communication, organization, team-building, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Open Asset and Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
