Project Manager

McAdams is a full-service land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, and geomatics firm seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects.

Requirements

• Lead and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee and mentor project teams
• Direct and support the design of civil engineering systems
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets and schedules
• Lead permitting efforts
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure the quality of all project deliverables
• Manage relationships with external subconsultants, contractors, and vendors
• Actively contribute to business development efforts
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities for staff
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers, engineers, and staff
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
