Survey Manager

We seek a Survey Manager to handle land surveying projects, supervise survey staff, and build relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has a background in land surveying, strong leadership skills, and experience working in a multi-discipline engineering firm.

Requirements

• Lead the land surveying team
• Provide resource management
• Resolving complex technical problems
• Coaching, training, and mentoring land surveying staff members
• Work collaboratively with all team members on all aspects of project execution
• Establish, promote, and ensure quality on all project and work performed by group staff
• Promote a culture of safety among the survey staff members
• Develop proposals or contracts
• Understand business initiatives and concerns of current and prospective clients
• Recognize and promote new opportunities and cross-sell other services provided by the firm
• Assist in the development of short-term and long-term strategic market sector plans
• Develop and foster client relations
• Responsible for the profitable operation of the Tampa/Orlando surveying group
