Job Description
McAllister Towing of Philadelphia, a history dating back to 1940, is seeking a Captain to oversee all aspects of vessel operations. This role involves ensuring safe and efficient vessel maintenance, crew management, and adherence to safety and security policies. The Captain will report to the General Manager and serve as a liaison between the vessel and relevant parties.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner’s Credential
- Valid 200 Ton License as Master/Master of Towing (1600-Ton Master/Master of Towing preferred)
- STCW Certification
- Valid Radar Endorsement
- First Aid/CPR
- Fire Fighting Training
- Valid TWIC card
- Z Drive Tugboat Experience
- Pre-employment drug test
- Pre-employment physical
