Job Description
Mcare Agency is seeking an experienced Advanced Wound Care Provider to support our partner healthcare organization across the Virginia region. This role requires an independent, highly skilled clinician with a strong background in wound management, graft applications, debridement techniques, and advanced wound care protocols.
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of hands-on wound care experience
- Demonstrated experience with skin substitutes/grafts, advanced wound modalities, and independent field wound care practice
- Licensure in the state of Virginia as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active wound care certification preferred (WOCN / WOC / CWCN / CWS / WCC / DWC / AP-WCA)
- Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- Strong clinical judgement, autonomy, and confidence in patient-facing care
