Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, the Physical Therapist develops and conducts a physical therapy plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. Provides preventative instruction and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged dysfunction or pain.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy licensure
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
