Job Description
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for installing and maintaining electrical wiring, systems, and equipment, supervising electrical staff, and learning company procedures. They will focus on safety, quality, and efficient work execution, including marking up as-built drawings and ensuring compliance with safety rules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program
- Code knowledge (National Electrical Code, local and state codes, electrical theory)
- NCCER certifications (strongly preferred)
- Experience providing leadership
- OSHA 10 Hour certification preferred
