McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC is seeking a Managing Attorney for our Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' Virginia creditors' rights experience and a leadership background. The role offers equity share opportunity after a year and a remote work option.

• Previous management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to handle a large volume of cases with speed and accuracy
