Job Description
The Water Assistant Project Manager position combines project management principles with people and cost management, working closely with a Project Manager to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Requirements
- Assist Project Manager in establishing project chart of accounts and developing construction schedule
- Provide administrative support and leadership to project staff and engineers
- Track and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, and Owner Payment Applications
- Monitor job costs and assist in preparing quantity reports
- Implement safety and EEO/affirmative action programs
