Job Description
McCarthy's Southwest region is seeking an MEP Assistant Superintendent to coordinate MEP scopes of work for projects in Arizona, with a focus on successful completion and coordination with project teams.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in Construction/MEP field Supervision
- Proven track record as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent on commercial projects with values of $10 million and above
- Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems
- General understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes
- Experience interacting with MEP subcontracts and trade partners
