Job Description
The Group Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and value delivery for a portfolio of digital products that support McCarthy's business strategy. This is a people-leader role responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing product management team.
Requirements
- Defines and maintains product vision and product roadmaps aligned to business and digital strategy.
- Leads and coaches Product Leads and Product Analysts, aligning work and capacity to the product portfolio roadmap and setting clear practice and quality standards.
- Owns people management for the product management team, including hiring and onboarding, role clarity, performance management, coaching, and career development.
