Job Description
We are looking for a driven, continuous learner, and relationship-focused Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a key partner to a designated Business Unit(s). The ideal partner is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, ready to bring their creative energy and HR expertise to support a scaling business and navigates ambiguity.
Requirements
- Supports current and future business needs through collaboration with designated business leaders
- Plans and leads core HR processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Leverages strong business acumen to analyze and report out on relevant business unit HR metrics and people trends
- Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning, succession, and talent development needs
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance to leaders
- Partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development team members to create and implement best practices to achieve business results
