Job Description
McCarthy Building Companies is looking for a skilled HVAC Foreman to join our Mechanical team for exciting projects in Phoenix, AZ. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for supervising crews, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring quality craftsmanship on trade-specific system installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman in commercial construction
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technology used in the construction industry
- Supervision and guidance of crews with 1-8 individuals
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience
- Technical license as required by local jurisdiction and EPA certification
- OSHA 10 OR 30 certification
- Bilingual is a plus
- HVAC or construction-related certifications are a plus
