Job Description
McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Risk Management Insurance Vice President to lead and manage a team focused on the day-to-day insurance operations of the Enterprise.
Requirements
- Leadership, Management and Development of three to four direct reports
- Trade Partner Insurance Management
- Contractual Controlled Insurance Program oversight
- RMIS (Origami) oversight
- Oversight and leadership of all things Risk Finance
- Partnering with our Artificial Intelligence team and Risk partners to identify and introduce Artificial Intelligence tools into driving efficiency within Risk Management
- Partnering with the EVP of Risk Management in managing broker and carrier relationships
