Integrated Design Director

McCarthy is looking for an Integrated Design Director in the South Bay Area. This position is responsible for managing the design process and participants to ensure successful delivery of McCarthy projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing and coordinating design disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred
• Proven experience working in the design phase of a project
• Hands-on field experience in design and construction
• History of Affiliations with Professional Organizations preferred
• Proficiency in Virtual Design tools (VDC) and other design-phase applications
