Job Description
McCarthy is seeking a full-time Business Systems Analyst to assist with the analysis, design, and configuration of applications and tools for Human Capital Management.
Requirements
- Facilitate effective discovery sessions and techniques
- Assist with requirements gathering, requirements documentation, and analysis
- Develop a strong understanding of key operational processes and workflows
- Partner with individuals and teams to consider new and better ways to apply technology
- Translate business needs into technical configurations
- Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation
- Plan, develop and execute testing and change management activities
- Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications
- Assist with data migration, data conversions, and reporting requirements
