Mechanical Operations Director

McCarthy’s self-perform mechanical team is seeking a motivated Operations Director to join our team. The Operations Director serves as a key member of our mechanical leadership team and will manage all construction efforts from pursuit to construction on assigned project.

Requirements

• Lead business development effort
• Manage client relations
• Coordinate preconstruction efforts
• Oversee planning and construction efforts
• Provide overall leadership to the project staff
• Serve as a liaison between the office and field
• Anticipate problems and assist in resolving problems as requested by project staff
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract and oversee field operations to achieve contract compliance
