Project Superintendent - Electrical / Systems

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is hiring a Project Superintendent to support our construction projects. The Project Superintendent is a critical field leadership position and is foundational to our projects' success and safety.

Requirements

• Detailed planning and schedule development of electrical, low voltage, and integrated systems on a multi-phased/complex project
• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents
• Manage and direct field operations of assigned scope and trade partners
• Lead and mentor employees and field personnel
• Coordinate MEP systems installation and testing processes and procedures with overall project, clients, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Planning and coordination of property electrical shutdowns, switchovers, and temporary medium voltage feeds
• Documentation of daily construction activities
• Develop and lead weekly coordination meetings of scope with associated stakeholders
• Understanding and supervision of electrical safety
