The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition function through candidate generation, pipeline development, sourcing strategy creation, recruiting campaign development, candidate tracking and pursuit for assigned business units or regions.
Requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously assess and update talent pool to align with changing business needs.
- Collaborate with TA Business Partners and HR leaders to understand role requirements and proactively address talent gaps.
- Implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to discover passive candidates.
- Coordinate and manage the candidate pursuit process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Remain current on industry trends and best practices in Talent acquisition to enhance sourcing methodologies.
- Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems.
