Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

McCarthy is looking for an experienced Healthcare builder to join the Houston team as a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership to the project staff and ensuring quality and timely completion of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 10+ Years of experience in highly complex Healthcare construction projects
• Self-perform experience strongly desired
• Must be geographically mobile and able to relocate and/or travel
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
